We are able, with in 70 miles of our local offices, to provide 4-hour response to your service calls. In those cases where 4-hour response is not feasible, we will provide your organization with 8 or 24-hour responses to all service calls as well as 24-hour call center servicing and support.

Our strategy for equipment maintenance is based on preventative measures therefore allowing us, in most cases, the ability to schedule equipment down time during non-critical hours. Each of our customer engineers stock all major components needed to make the most common repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Since Alliance Storage Technologies, Inc. is also a major parts supplier for the 12 inch optical industry, we have a large inventory of all the optical drive and jukebox parts necessary for any repair.
