We will replace or repair any defective or worn components and perform preventative maintenance on the drive. We run a full suite of extensive tests on all units to include writing, reading, data compare and verification testing. We will upgrade the firmware level to the latest firmware or to the customer requested level. All repair units come with a warranty. Service is provided at Alliance Storage Technologies technical facility. Customer will pay all transport charges. Repair lead time is between five to twenty days from receipt of product. Pricing includes labor and materials.
