We will replace or repair any defective or worn components and perform preventative maintenance on the drive. Service is provided at Alliance Storage Technologies technical facility. Customer will pay all transport charges. Repair lead time is between fourteen to thirty days from receipt of product. Pricing includes labor and materials.
