C2C's Archive One provides an email archiving solution to help
organizations meet regulatory compliance, improve capacity management
and enforce email retention policy.
Archive One Compliance module creates a
secure, indexed e-mail archive to assist meeting regulations eg
SEC, NASD, HIPAA. Its menu-driven admin, search and retrieval
functions are intuitive for use by the administrator or Compliance
Officer, yet flexible to create fast, multi-criteria searches.
Archive One Policy module enforces company e-mail control, retention
and retrieval via intuitive GUI-driven creation of multi-criteria
policies which keeps administration easy. It archives Exchange
mailboxes, PSTs and Public Folders, remaining transparent to the
user and requiring no user training for access to archived email.
